Systems offers various options for you to choose from for your
technical support needs.

Live technical support during business hours:
- Free Support. This option is FREE to:
- All systems that are still within their respective warranty period.
- All dealers and distributors who are participating in our "DSSI Authorized Dealer Partner Program" by having signed a valid Authorized Dealer agreement.
- All end users that have a valid DSSI Maintenance Contract.
- Service Dealer Support: This support option applies to dealers who are not part of the DSSI Authorized Dealer Partner Program. This type of support is billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour during normal business hours. After hours the rate is $200.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. Unless billing terms have been pre-arranged, all charges must be pre-paid with a credit card prior to receiving support.
- Direct End User Support: This support option applies to end users whose systems are out of warranty and do not have a valid DSSI maintenance contract or whose dealer that they originally purchased the system from is no longer servicing their system. This type of support is billed on a per incident fee of $400.00 during normal business hours. This provides up to 2 hours of technical support. Additional hours of support would be billed at $200.00 per hour. Unless billing terms have been pre-arranged, all charges must be pre-paid with a credit card prior to receiving support.
