Training Class Info

Overview: Technical training is available at our facility in Richardson, Texas. The two day classes are held on a bi-monthly basis and all attendees will receive certificates verifying their completion of the course. The hands-on class features a complete product line overview, system features and capabilities, installation, administration and operations.

 

Who should attend? For end users, any person in your organization that is responsible for the administration and operation of the system. For dealers, technicians who are responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems. Customer Service Reps who are responsible for the training and support of your customers. Sales Reps who will be selling and and bidding our products.

 

Location: Classes are held at our office at 1190 Commerce Drive, Richardson, Texas. Click here for a map or driving directions.

 

Dates and Hours: There are 6 classes scheduled throughout the  year. Classes begin at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM CST. Click here to view the class schedule.

 

Registration: All attendees are required to register at least two weeks prior to the class. Click here to register on-line or click here download the registration form. You may also register via telephone by calling 972-235-2999 ext. 114.

 

Tuition Fees and Payment: $765 per attendee. Payment may be made via credit card or company check. P.O.’s are also accepted if your company has a valid credit account with DSSI.  To pay by check mail the registration form along with your company check to:

If you wish to pay via credit card please call 972-235-2999 ext. 114. Pre-payment must be received at least 15 days prior to a class start date to ensure your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are received at least 15 days prior to the class date is fully refundable.  Cancellation less than 15 days prior are non-refundable, however, the training class may be rescheduled once.  DSSI reserves the right to cancel a class with a 10-day notice. If there are less than 5 people registered for any given class, the class may be cancelled.  Classes that are canceled by DSSI are fully refundable or may be re-scheduled.

 

Accommodations: Attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations, if required.  Some hotels will provide transportation to our office on request.  Please contact Dina at  (972) 235-2999 ext. 114 or dfrenkel@digitalspeech.com to request hotel information or for the assistance with reservations.   However, if you  will arrive after 4 P.M. it will require a Late Arrival Guaranty, and you need to contact the hotel directly and pre-pay with a credit card.
